Booth Information

All booths must be staffed during the dedicated exhibitor break times. We encourage exhibitors to be at their tables during the lunch/afternoon breaks to increase your visibility to attendees.

Setup

Setup is on Friday, July 11, from 4:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m.

Teardown

Teardown can begin at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 13. Early teardown is not allowed so exhibitors are encouraged to book their return travel accordingly.
