Travel Information

AARC Congress 2024 will be held at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and the Rosen Centre, our host hotel. Attendees have the option to book their hotel stay at one of four hotels: The Rosen Centre Hotel, the Rosen Plaza Hotel, the Hilton Orlando Hotel, or the Hyatt Regency Orlando Hotel. All four hotels are approximately 12 miles from the Orlando International Airport.

Please note the Hyatt Regency Orlando Hotel is cashless. This means that guests are encouraged to use alternative forms of payment such as credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay for transactions during their stay.

Ground Transportation

For taxi transportation to and from Orlando International Airport, you may book online or call (407) 422-2222. For group transportation, call (407) 839-1570.

Convention Center Parking

For attendees who drive, the OCCC operates on-site vehicle parking at the West and North-South Buildings. Additional parking is also available at the Destination Parkway Garage. Details are available on the OCCC parking page.
