A special military registration is available for all health care professionals, not just respiratory therapists, on active duty in all branches of the US armed forces, as well as military reservists recalled to active duty.
A written cancellation and refund request is required via e-mail. Emails must be dated no later than at 11:59 p.m. on the following dates.
