AARC Congress 2016

Discounts are offered to AARC Congress attendees, family members and friends.

Airlines

San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is approximately 10 miles from downtown San Antonio.

Ground Transportation

There are a variety of ground transportation options available between the San Antonio International Airport and our convention hotels downtown. Ground transportation is located curbside, lower level outside the Terminals A and B baggage claim areas.

Taxi Service

The fare to San Antonio downtown areas start at $29 (U.S.) per taxicab. Up to 6 may share a cab, if both luggage and passengers fit safely.

SuperShuttle offers shared ride service between the San Antonio International Airport (SAT) and your hotel. The van may make additional stops in route. Receive a 10% discount on shared-ride roundtrip reservations made online. Other coupons cannot be combined with this rate and do not apply to exclusive vans (which are already discounted) or pre-existing reservations.
