AARC is pleased to welcome Joey Ariale, BSRT, RRT, RPFT, AE-C as the new Director of Education. He has been a respiratory therapist for seven years and has demonstrated a passion for advancing the field of respiratory care. As the AARC Director of Education, he will strive to provide engaging material for all members. He will also aim to uphold the high level of quality content already available, ensuring all future educational content meets the same standard.
“Ever since being a student, I have enjoyed promoting both the AARC and the profession by volunteering at every Congress, flying to Washington D.C. to promote legislation on Hill Day, and creating new content for AARC University. I look forward to the opportunity to elevate the respiratory therapy profession to even greater heights,” said Ariale.
“As an RRT and a long-standing member of AARC, Joey has a wealth of knowledge on what members need and want in their educational endeavors. We are excited to have him join the team and take our programs to the next level,” said Mandy DeVries, MSc, RRT, RRT-NPS, AARC Vice President of Education and CRCE Accreditation.
If Joey isn’t creating new AARC education, you might find him at home roasting coffee or getting in a run around his neighborhood in Summerville, SC.
