For more than 30 years, AARC membership has annually recognized manufacturers, service and supply organizations in the respiratory care industry who demonstrate exemplary commitment to support of the association, our members, and the profession through the AARC Zenith award. The AARC Zenith Award is the “people’s choice” award of the respiratory care profession because its recipients are chosen by you — the respiratory therapist.
To be considered qualified for the Zenith award, organizations must have committed to stewardship of our shared mission to develop, support and advance the respiratory care profession through multifactorial engagement with AARC. Organizations achieving this degree of impact may then be entered into the member voting process.
AARC members in good standing may cast one vote for up to three companies based upon the following criteria:
- Quality of equipment, supplies, or services
- Accessibility and helpfulness of personnel and the (member) customer experience
- Responsiveness; service record
- Truth in advertising
Zenith Award Voting Process and Recognition
The 2025 Zenith voting period will open on July 1 and votes will be accepted through August 31. AARC will promote the voting process to members, which will provide them with the qualified organizations who have met the standard of multifactorial stewardship to the Association.
Up to 5 companies may ultimately be awarded in the 2025 calendar year, with the exception of a tie.
The 2025 Zenith Award recipients will be announced in the fall and their achievement will be promoted in AARC communications and media. AARC will also provide recipients with a digital promotional outreach toolkit, and will recognize their organization and leadership on stage at the AARC Congress Awards Ceremony.
