Important: Before calling AARC customer service, click on the blue and white question mark ( ) at the bottom right; make a note of what the pop-up balloon says, so you can repeat it for the customer service agent.
To watch a live webcast on a PC you will need to have Java version 1.5 or 1.6. See the Blackboard Collaborate support page to determine which version of Java you have. To view a live webcast on an iOS device you will need the free Blackboard Collaborate app.
Archived webcasts require the free Adobe Flash Player.
Webcasts are compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch running iOS version 4.3 or later.
Webcasts are optimized for all connection speeds including 28.8k modems.
Archives are usually posted within 1 week of the original live event.
