Respiratory Care 2008 Exhibitor Information
Sunny, southern California and the premier conference in the field of respiratory care—a perfect combination. This year the AARC Congress will be held in the heart of southern California in Anaheim/Orange County aka “The OC”. This comprehensive four-day conference and three-day exhibition is your opportunity to reach the most forward thinking individuals in respiratory care. No other meeting specifically targets the practicing respiratory therapist, and attendees include everyone from manufacturing company executives (your competition) to department heads and medical directors (the decision-makers) to technicians and specialists (the users). The international audience is also captured, with over 40 countries represented last year. So join us in Anaheim this December and meet your perfect audience at Respiratory Care 2008.
P.S. The AARC Congress is the right platform for your sales presentation. Check out these reasons why Congress exhibitors come back year after year.

Connect with Industry Professionals
Everyone who’s anyone will be at the 54th AARC International Respiratory Congress. With three days to exhibit, you’ll have virtually unlimited opportunity to re-establish old contacts and generate new ones. Where else can you network with so many industry-specific professionals at one time? You’ll never have stronger exposure to the decision-makers and key influencers.
Increase Your Visibility at the AARC Congress
As the world’s premier gathering of respiratory professionals, the AARC Congress, now in its 54th consecutive year, is unparalleled in respiratory meetings. Attendees include everyone from manufacturing company executives (your competition) to department heads and medical directors (the decision-makers) to technicians and specialists (the users). In a single trip, you’ll reach a diverse audience—all in your target market.
Demonstrate to Those Who Matter
Demonstrate your latest products and services, adding the element of interactivity that connects the prospect to your feature. You will reach not only the decision-makers but also the ever-important frontline therapists who influence those purchasing decisions. You might even find your demonstration featured in a future issue of the AARC Times magazine!
The Bottom Line about the AARC Congress
This unique, comprehensive conference and exhibition is your opportunity to reach the most viable, progressive and forward thinking individuals in the respiratory care profession. There is no other convention that specifically targets this industry. So if you want name recognition in respiratory care, you must exhibit at this show. It is the single most cost-effective means by which to generate visibility and income-producing leads for your company.
Shorten the Selling Process with Quality Leads
More decision-makers consider the AARC Congress a must-attend event than any other meeting in the industry. Acquire the best-qualified sales leads while you have access to buyers and key influencers. Attendees at this annual meeting are all here for respiratory care and are all interested in your products.
Make a Deal on the Exhibit Hall Floor
The AARC Congress is a “Buying Show,” which means you can sell your products and services right on the exhibit hall floor to knowledgeable decision makers who come directly to you. Your booth becomes your place of business—it’s a good time to “make a deal.”
Your Competition Will Be There
Can you afford not to be? What other venue gives you the opportunity to go head-to-head with your competition within this industry? This is your opportunity to make direct connections with your competitors’ customers and show them what you can do. Congress positions your company at the center of this growing field.
Expand Your International Presence
For exhibitors with international aspirations, the AARC Congress captures that audience too. Our foreign registrations have been increasing every year, and last year we had representatives from more than 40 nations on hand. These international participants tell us they’ve been extremely pleased with their decision to attend, plan to return again, and would recommend the Congress to their colleagues. You won’t find such industry-specific global representation anywhere else.
Identify Industry Trends
Since everyone in the industry attends the AARC International Respiratory Congress, trends from year to year become immediately apparent. New products are not just introduced, but demonstrated, modeling the shape of things to come and giving you a chance to see if your company is keeping pace with your competitors. This is clearly the place to track the future of the industry and see how you compare.

As the center of Orange County’s tourism industry and Disneyland’s hometown, Anaheim has the distinction of being an original in its own right. In 2001, the city reinvented itself as a major leisure and business destination when it unveiled the Anaheim Resort district. This 1,100-acre garden district encompasses the redesigned and expanded 1.6 million-square-foot Anaheim Convention Center. Visit www.anaheimoc.org/AARC for more destination information.
The Anaheim Convention Center is the site of all official Congress lectures, exhibits, and social functions. This beautiful facility is the cornerstone of the Anaheim Resort District, and the Anaheim Center Walk offers open-air walkways between the convention center and nearby hotels. Just footsteps away is the new Anaheim GardenWalk featuring cool shops, great restaurants and trendy entertainment. And there’s a visitor shuttle system for easy access. Under sunny or starry skies, this is the place to be!

Thanks for taking an early look at the largest respiratory care exhibit hall in the industry. This year’s list is still in the works, but a look back at the 2007 exhibitors illustrates the strength of this meeting. Major exhibitors listed here for respiratory care products and services will be represented again in 2008. Be sure your company is among them at the 54th consecutive AARC International Respiratory Congress.
